Extended visibility for more safety on the road
On vehicles with front-mounted implements and a front-end dimension of more than 3.5 m, the driver of the vehicle is faced with a field of vision limitation. The e.g. Hedges, walls or buildings limited visibility to the left and right can cause at intersections and junctions that the cross traffic is seen too late. Heavy accidents can be the result. Suitable camera-monitor systems are a sensible solution here. The suitability is proven by a test of the camera-monitor system and the mounting on the vehicle or the front-mounted implement. The basis for this is the recommendation published by the Federal Ministry of Transport and Digital Infrastructure in the Federal Transport Journal of 15.12.2016. In addition, to receive the DLG-ANERKANNT certification mark, the components undergo extensive testing by users.
