The injector nozzles for different applications
In conventional nozzles can adjust the flow rate only in a relatively narrow range. Ground speed and application rate changes are thus severely limited.
The new Turbo Drop ® VR ( variable rate = variable application rate ) has a much larger flow area than conventional plant protection or liquid fertilizer nozzles. It varies the flow cross-section continuously , thus allowing changes in the speed and application rate approximately equivalent to four conventional nozzle sizes.
Based on the proven TurboDrop® injector nozzle the TD-VR has an integrated bypass valve that varies continuously in the lower pressure range the opening cross section. Here, the discharge amount is increased even at low pressure, pump and lines are relieved, reduce the power circuit and frequently avoided nozzle change. An investment with the benefit of all who want to change the application rate or more often seek the best possible adaptation to the size of the driving speed range without changing nozzles.
This new asymmetric double injector fan nozzle by the manufacturer Agrotop is available with a spray angle of 110° and the beam direction is 50° / 10°. The nozzle is equipped with a standard bayonet cap. The pressure range of this nozzle is between 1 – 8 bar. Very high range, good inventory penetration and maximum wear resistance and precision are the advantages of this nozzle. Please select the desired nozzle size and spray angle. Delivery includes gasket. Always use an appropriate nozzle filter when using the nozzles.
Description:
- Extended flow range through integrated bypass valve
- Can replace up to three TD HiSpeed standard sizes
- Significantly cheaper and more compact than automatic nozzle change systems
- Continuous change in volume flow, no incorrect dosing due to switching stages
- Frequent changes in the application rates possible
- Asymmetrical spray angles for higher driving speeds
- Due to short 10° spray angle to the front, no splashing on the sprayer
- High drift reduction with optimal wetting
- Very hard red ceramics
