Developed in collaboration with Syngenta pre-flat jet nozzle Lechler PRE 130-05 is the first nozzle having a German JKI entry into the new 95% drift reduction class for the field spraying.
This new nozzle is specially designed for lossless output of herbicides preemergence with low pressure areas and achieved at a pressure of
- 1.5 to 5.0 bar 95% drift reduction and
- up to 6 bar 90% drift reduction
With the first JKI-registration of a nozzle in the 95% drift reduction class Lechler sets new standards in farming.
This results in considerable benefits to the user in terms of yield on the use of plant protection products containing an entry in the 95% and 90% drift reduction class. There is a wide pressure range for edge treatment to waters and border structures as well as for whole-area treatments available. The risk of direct spray drift to sensitive border areas and adjacent crops is reduced by an extreme reduction of the fine droplets share especially in unfavorable application conditions to a minimum. An extremely flexible adjustment of speeds and water rates and the associated increase in efficiency, taking into account the application determinations are possible with the new nozzle. In Exact and large-area experiments, it was for clomazone - containing preparations such as pre-emergence Colzor trio are found the same biological effect as compared to ID-Air-Injector nozzles.
Other advantages of the new nozzle PRE 130-05:
- Simplified handling and installation by nozzle - to - cap combination with Multijet Bayonet
- Optimum lateral distribution with vk <7 % (coefficient of variation ) according to the JKI provisions
- in the entire pressure range of 1.5 - 8 bar
- Boom height of 0.4 to 0.6 m
- Wider spray angle of 130° with guaranteed multi-overlap
