Using the nozzle 18250A from Sypraying Systems, containers, tanks and barrels are cleaned up to a diameter of 2.4 m. The rotating spray head is equipped with three flat-jet nozzles with a high impact force. The precise arrangement of the nozzle openings ensure a full surface cleaning of the inner surfaces. The cleaning nozzle can be mounted vertically or horizontally and provides the processing of tainless a very long life and corrosion resistance. The pressure range is from 0.7 to 4. The spray coverage is 360° with a maximum operating temperature of 97° C. At higher temperatures, up to 177° C please inquire.
