At room temperature, many materials are viscous, making them more difficult to unload from an IBC container. Especially syrup, sugar, fats etc. are difficult to unload and often this causes a loss of products that cannot be poured out of the container due to the high viscosity

This can be very expensive if you do not heat the IBC container beforehand to soften the materials and reduce the viscosity.

The IBC container heaters are ideal for quickly and efficiently heating the container contents, which can then be easily emptied from the container with little or no product loss.

The IBC container heater is available with up to 3 temperature regulators, each of which can be set from 0 to 90 °C. This ensures that liquids are heated quickly and safely and that a specific viscosity is maintained.

The IBC container heater is of a solid, durable, lightweight construction which, in conjunction with the quick-release straps, ensures easy attachment to any standard 1000 l container.

This also makes the heater perfect for transporting 1000 liter containers whose contents must maintain a specific temperature or viscosity.

For faster heating and reduction of heat loss, the use of the IBC insulating lid is recommended.
The insulating jackets are the ideal complement to the container heaters, whereby the jacket is strapped to the respective container. The container jackets can also be used together with heating chambers or heating boxes, making it much easier to transport the heated container. The heat

container heaters are suitable for heating many different liquids, e.g. water, resin, oil, diesel fuel and many other industrial liquids, which can then simply be pumped or poured.
